Actually they think they'll have excess cash and want to do a buy back as the shares are cheap. I think they know a thing or two more than yourself about the company.

Re the insider buying, the board have been selling every year, not just recently. They sold at $2, $4, ect.

I'm not sure why you're so confident DW8 are doing well? The market obviously didn't like their last update. Not that they can't turn it around though.
