AGM WEDNESDAY, 26TH MAY 9AM IN PERTH (refer to AGM memorandum for the Location)

I spoke to Boardroom this morning, all and everyone is welcome to attend, please ensure you bring your proxy form with you and this will gain yourself immediate entry into the meeting.

Yes the below has already been bought up today however no action taken.

1. Open a separate thread for points of discussion to be bought up at the meeting.

1.2 Short, sharp questions.

1.3 This thread needs to be kept simple without debates, asking other questions / or answers to questions being raised nor being derogatory towards others.

2. Perhaps, be kind and see if there is someone that will be attending the AGM and will happily vocalise all realistic questions.

2.2 Public speaking in front of strangers is exceptionally difficult, let alone on a viewing platform, with copious strangers knowing whom you are.

3. CHIPS are being manufactured for BRN

3.1 Again stating , why would they manufacture chips for BRN when others are being denied / on a very large waiting list for production.

4. Shareholders are Mushrooms.

5. Confidentiality is a crucial word in legal signed documentation and also terms of contracts.

5.1 Once both parties have a signed agreement to divulge confidential information to the ASX, it will then become common knowledge for the whole market, not just us mushroom shareholders.

5.2 As a shareholder you or I, will not be informed prior to price sensitive / non price sensitive, information being made public.

6. There is so much going on behind the scenes.
