So I think the answer is yes to the thread title question.

So I will apply in 2 bites as I am reluctant to apply for a large quantity above my entitlement right now as I think it is quite possible that the instos may sell AIO down to just over $1.10 after they receive ther allocation on July 1. If the market really tanks it could go below $1.10 for a while.

I currently hold too many "good" shares that everyone knows will be good long term investments but are still tanking with the index.
