PUR's "Julimar Discovery" in Calingiri East?, page-1702

Well thats the chores done for the day we seem to be settling around where I thought.

I agree zero has changed, the story has only gotten better.

The fact there are delays in lab results and tech work has been ongoing since last year, its not a new thing.

Covid started in ernest in March last year here remember, delays have been since not long after that...

As for selling now well as simple as it sounds what happened to buying low selling high?!

Its easy and true to say nobody needing or choosing to sell now is expected to have been able to pick the top (and nobody ever picks the bottom with for that matter either for entry or re entry). But the SP was as close as double to what it is now a couple of months back.

Ok if you missed the 9s and think you need profit or money or less risk fair enough, we are only human. But then the 8s the 7s the 6s why would you wait to this point to sell...Im sorry but its where the amateurs sell, they wait then panic.

Retraces always happen virtually always before new price highs.

Im not saying Im a pro, far from it Ive made many mistakes but I do know amateurs wait too long to sell and they wait too long to buy on the other side.

When selling for tax purposes I sell stock I think has no/little future not stocks where the fundamentals haven't changed they have only improved like PUR. (Thats if you have a choice, I understand some have all/most of their stockmarket capital in PUR)

DEVEX is up today on what is basically the same prospect we have, Sovereign Hill/Calingiri West.

I wouldn't t mind betting strong buying that was definitely Robert Freidland in CHN then went to LTR on a massive spike and has now come to DEV is mostly Robert Freidland buying.

Regardless DEV is up on a bloodbath day for the ASX spec stocks....just saying...it won't be me who misses out if DEV strikes PGEs just over the fence or we find our own commercial minerals at Calingiri East.
