I trade and use Mark to Market accounting. This means (for me) there is no difference between Unrealized and Realized Profit. (I pay tax on both) And thus the Brokers EOY statement only requires a few figures entered into Xero. Your broker should give you a csv file of your trades and an EOY statement.
