I think their could be other reasons as to why arrangements changed - (I might look into this)
considering the number of “green” projects supported by NAIF - the overwhelming direction I believe is green still
with a election likely to be in the first half of next year (June I think is what the finance minister said on budget night but not sure if he was just teasing ... I would think it will be earlier) ... both parties will try to play up jobs .. green jobs and green credentials ...
let’s see
albo in his budget reply made a point of talking about green jobs and training in renewables and energy and electric vehicles
