lautrec longs in this company hold well over 50% of registry, even underwriter must now see the potential ESI has in providing an alternative cleaner energy source,for LA Trobe Valley ,and the export market.
Not concerned with IP ,that will happen .
More importantly buying by long term holders that will create a 70% to 80% holding in the registry will be an excellent position for the company.
When the broarder institutional investors start buying the remaining 20 to 30% shares available, will be paying a premium ,but that is the usual pattern.
Great effort by ESI management in bringing ESI to this point in this financial market.
