Completely disagree, the world economy relies on a construction boom which in effect means steel will need to be used. The demand will be there otherwise countries will suffer with their economies, economists say it themselves that many countries especially China rely on construction to fund their economy cycles
just ask the Chinese governments why they are building cities were no one works or lives in!
