Realistically I can see them do another raise within 12 months at $3+ let’s see.

Staying private in this volatile market times isn’t actually too bad imo. No constant price movements = no panic selling or irrational selling. The share price will stay strong and long term shareholders will all be millionaires if you bought enough when it was still listed
