The Rewards Factory debacle has been bailed out to at least a limited degree by the nice people at Winteray. A new shop operating out of sunny Queensland with big ambitions.
They are also dabbling in Biotech through the dodgiest backdoor listing of 2009 - backing Pallane into Dia-B with Pallane at a sky high valuation. Pallane is sucking up a lovely parcel of free equity in this one as well as underwriting a $12.5 million raising.
Maybe Winteray will smell the air and the Free Share Bonanza that is on offer to nice guys at Prima and will come into Prima as their second biotech play in the Aussie market??
