That is interesting. 35870000 is 30% of the current number of shares. Maybe the fact that they are doing it over two financial years allows them to do this, that is to place 2 times the allowable 15%? Or, maybe, they will review and reduce the number accordingly, based on the outcome of the AGM? One way or another, they have created further confusion and are keeping shareholders in the dark. Why not wait a few days until the AGM is over and, then, take further steps? This would be one of the questions I would ask if I happened to be going to the AGM.
