Yeh, I'm in a similar position (didn't participate) but I am still faced with the decision of whether to buy more on market or just sit tight. I really did expect some form of announcement to come out about the upgraded JORC (been waiting since April) which would provide me with the justification to fork out the $. However, at this point in time, it seems to me that management have shown some very poor judgment in their pricing of this placement. I certainly resent the fact that Tseng and Doral recently got shares in the low 14s while retail investors had to pay 15c. Its only a small difference but, IMHO, it tells you something about the directors. Hopefully for all holders, the big announcement will come out soon and it will be off to the races. I will then regret not buying more shares, but I will still be happy (assuming a big increase in sp).
