Can anyone help me out on this one - Im sure I read in an anouncment a few years back that ABR does NOT own the Fort Cady land but rather only has a lease agreement with the land owner and pays them royalties. I've scoured through the website and announcements but can't find any info on this.
@rockme - surely you must know about this if it's true (being the resisdent down ramper and all!)
