    are you saying they started shipping while ago but are behind because of too much interest? What evidence do you have to back your claim? Did you talk to the CEO or someone else at COB?

    What if there are delays because of process issues? If you have inside intel then fair enough but if I have to guess then my view is you don't have such intel.
