"If the company has not already done so, that it be required to take immediate steps to secure funding for the Ancuabe Project from alternative sources from other countries that have yet to be approached"
2. "This AGM is adjourned to a date to be fixed to enable the first resolution to be voted on at the reconvened AGM"
