$A15M OPERATING LEASE FACILITY FOR
USA TRAFFIC CAMERA SITES
The Directors of Transol Corporation Limited (‘Transol’) are delighted to announce that Transol has
signed a Facility Term Sheet for an initial $A15million operating lease facility with RentWorks
Limited.
The facility provides sufficient funding to install Transol’s camera systems at in excess of 100 sites. It
will also position Transol to address strong opportunities for further photo enforcement contract awards
in the USA market.
The Facility Term Sheet forms the key commercial terms of a Master Rental Facility that will allow
Transol to operate traffic camera programs for cities and counties throughout the USA under contract
to its a wholly owned subsidiary, Transol USA Inc.
This facility constitutes the fourth cornerstone in Transol’s business plan, with the company’s
technology, marketing and USA Operations Centre already being in place.
RentWorks has been established for 17 years as a global operating lease provider with a niche market
focus on a range of equipment classes including information technology, telecommunications,
healthcare, gaming, mining and materials handling. Alleasing operates as a finance group investing in
leasing companies that specialise in the provision of operating leases to the corporate and government
customer markets. RentWorks is a fully owned subsidiary of Alleasing Trust which is owned by a
number of privately held Allco Group related entities.
Transol is a specialist developer, provider and operator of advanced traffic safety enforcement
technologies. Transol USA, Inc. is currently contracted by seven cities across the States of California,
Colorado, Georgia and Iowa to operate their red light camera programs.
