As a CBA share holder I have written today to the Commonwealth Bank asking them if they are shorting ASX stock Z1P and if so does this have anything to do with their own proposed BNPL start up.
I have also written to ASIC asking if an Australian ASX listed company planning to start up their own BNPL operation ,aggressively shorts a ASX listed company solely trading as a BNPL company then would they regard that as anti-competitive behaviour or not.
