Moreld - you didnt get the RIO maths correct. Adding RIO price and rights price is meaningless.
$RIOR + $29.29 (acceptance price) = $RIO
Rio rights were 20.32 (or 21.25 now)
You pay 28.29 per right
The total should reflect the RIO shareprice (which it does).
