It feels like a controlled burn pushing prices down for capital raise so the institutional investors receive a greater number of shares at a lower price. Then drop a great announcement. Just a feeling as I've seen this happen numerous times over the years and everyone always asks why wouldn't you Capital raise at a higher price. That's because your not on the inside. Just a feeling.
