someone brought this up with me the other day.
consider for a second MAK now turn around and accept UCL's 9 for 1 offer. with currently reported holding, this would cause UCL to issue 1,427,679,378 new shares to MAK - making them 43.5% holder in UCL and effectively taking BON out of the picture completely and giving MAK close to a majority holding in UCL also.
not saying it will happen, just a thought.
