    Red- I place myself in plt's position and I would not be happy with the latest events at FER,and therefore why would u want the merger to go ahead.Too many doubts down the track re litigation,and if you believe the fer sholders saying plt only want the fer money.Well will there be any left after the courts take it all.The sell off in fer backs up the above.
