I would say that, the misappopriation debtors account was used for all three of the following.

1)'Loan' to buy shares for votes.
2)'Loan' to pay off Sigalla's gambling debts.
3)'Loan' to fund Sigalla's investments (Real estate?)

Don't worry though, there are none of Sigalla's covetous spending in there. No, all of that has been flushed through the loss & loss statement, over a period of years.

Maybe we will never get to the bottom of what exactly he spent our money on. However, an improved Appendix 4c for the Sep qtr, should give a small clue to he magnitude of his appetite.
