Seda you will recieve new shares in the new company , I think it's going to be called Novus or something like that.
I have held PLT for the past 2 years and have been accumulating FER over the past 2 weeks while the sp has been on par with PLT's.
Either way I don't mind what happens as both have positives and negatives. But I will be voting yes to the merger unless management give me a good reason not too.
