I have spent some time in Jabiru in the NT, the townsite is not much further than we are talking here, the population is larger and te tourism market would be mulitple times that of Greenland as a whole I would think little alone this little town.
The ranger mine is a slightly smaller deposit that this one.
The mine is situated in a national park and also along side magella creek which feeds into the water ways and is only a few kilometres from sacred sites such as ubirr.
If we have a mine surrounding sacred sites in national park on the edge of massive water ways what is greenlands problem?
