May 17 (Reuters) - Australian fuel supplier Viva Energy Group Ltd (VEA) said on Monday it would commit to operating its Geelong refinery in Victoria state until 2027.
The company said it would be helped by a number of government initiatives in running the refinery, including a fuel security service payment on fuel produced that will be related to the refining margin of the Geelong operations.
Viva expects to receive about A$40 million ($31.12 million) in payments through June 30 this year.
