It was from January 2020, nearly 18 months ago. DB returned to the place he never left in about September last year, nearly 9 months ago.

This seems like a very simple fix. Unwind the investment mandate changes with the people who manage the PDF status (doesn't matter anymore does it?), and reverse the Claratti transaction.
Looks like the claratti transaction has been unwound already.
Looks like the current MD of MMR has decided that MMR won't be looking at other investments. So he's either failed to reverse the 'approved investment mandate', wants to keep it (?!), and/or ASX are wanting much more than has been publicly stated.

So what's he actually doing about the current voluntary suspension?
