Ann: $200,000 Convertible Note, page-49

It's just my opinion on the matter, don't get your knickers in a knot. And the market hasn't taken a liking to the ann, so that's one objective reference source you have to contend with.

I fail to see how PO chipping in 200K is good news. To me it indicates a lack of prospects. And what about my question:

If there was a significant telco deal near term, does this ann make sense? If the SP pumps on telco news, how would PO's investment today be perceived? Therefore a near term deal is unlikely

Note that I'm not implying that NOR is constrained from announcing a near term deal based soley on the market perception of PO's investment today. I am simply stating that PO's investment today indicates there is nothing else on the horizon.
