If there was a significant telco deal near term, does this ann make sense? If the SP pumps on telco news, how would PO's investment today be perceived? Therefore a near term deal is unlikely
Note that I'm not implying that NOR is constrained from announcing a near term deal based soley on the market perception of PO's investment today. I am simply stating that PO's investment today indicates there is nothing else on the horizon.

I can say the exact opposite and it could be equally true... would you tip 200k into your company if it was in its death throes?

POs investment today indicates company making deals in 2 to 3 months time imo... in other words... just beyond the horizon
