Guys,
This is a great idea and should be voiced amongst all holding, as security of an investment is essential.

I think everyone here has stabbed in the dark as to the loss and debt of TZ. No one here knows exactly what damages have occurred, we know what wasn't paid and to whom, but no figures have been announced nor do we have a bank balance to work from.

We have heard nothing from our new board other than the failure of payment to QVT. We don't even know what the outcome of the negotiations are with QVT (correct me if i'm wrong here), so we are still only speculating as to the amount of crap we are standing in.

I for one will be optimistic until the current board step down... something which I am hoping will not happen.
All I can say is that we will have to wait until tomorrow to see where we lay, and if we will still have our current directors. I'm also sure that Bouris and co knew the approximate level of excrement TZ were in, many weeks ago.

If they think it's all too much, then decide to leave, we will be left with nothing. No amount of self raising will save the business if we don't have these guys, too much bad publicity already I think. If they can formulate a way to raise capital other than 'more' shareholder investment, then we need to see what plans they have first. A great deal of holders have exhausted their piggy banks already - me included.

Let's just see what tomorrow brings.
