You, of all people criticising property punters, buying a minuscule, overpriced piece of useless metal at $2,000 an ounce. Not including taxes or delivery. It's all here on HC.

I bought a much worse place than that decades ago, it was full of lowlives who wouldn't leave, the place was filthy, the toilet had to be thrown out, it was flea-infested, the back yard was full of junk, there was a hole cut in the floor so the kids could get in after school, it had to be one of the worst places in the city - the locals thought it was hilarious, I was going to lose my money.

Except I tripled it and got a couple years rent off it as well. And you reckon you're going to get rich buying overpriced pieces of metal that has no dividend. LOL
