Dhuy, my understanging of the Uranium one with BLR is that they are pursuing the 51% mineral rights currently held by the landowners on Hansen who indicated that they are for sale- at what price I do not know but BLR announcements have not changed this to my knowledge. Ie the 60/40 or whatever they come up with is all dependent on purchasing these rights prior to Dec 2011 see BLR announcement 2/1/2009. At the moment it is a wish list scenario - is it not ? I also recollect that there are some really tough hurdles there with final approval from the Fremont Commissioners still to come before any mining can be done. They had a real battle just to get drilling permits- I think that they are in for a hell of a fight with the locals around Taylor, Pen looks a lot easier to me.
