I don’t think management had to do too much to get most of the OC’s converted.
Most of them were/are very tightly held from the beginning (before consolidation).
The only ones that may not be converted are the ones that were bought above the current OC price as we traveled to our CTM peak of 95c (around 75c for the OC’s) but they were few and far between and probably number in the hundreds of thousands rather than millions.
So I think management know that most will be converted without needing to make any announcements. I reckon they’ll get 90%+ converted IMO which is pretty good.
