yep that too........and analyzing a bit more.......they have the legacy business the Pepper Money is interested in taking over at $300m to put this in perspective , if someone can take over they actually get HUM fro free and get extra money too
Current Market Cap- $480m
Cash on hand (CH) $175
Cash from sale of Legacy business(SOL) $300m
Net Deferred Tax credits (NDT) + Accumulated Franking Credits(AFC). $50m ($50 for argument sake)
Cost of Acquisition= MC- CH-SOL+NDT+AFC= 480-175-300+50= $45m refund
Where are the astute investors..........HUM can be bought fro free with spare cash to spend......IMO.....DYOR
