One of the above gentleman is a family friend. That is all I need to know, but you of course will want to dig deeper.

As for advertising on HC? I don't see it as a negative. Taso is all about fast, exponential returns. (Piedmont)

It's a good way to add wealth while you wait for TLG (With regards to TLG I am deflated to be wrong about the second week of May).

I believe the announcement will come, but a late hurdle was thrown up. I am also led to believe this hurdle, once cleared, adds significantly to the value of the deal.
