look i'm sorry to say this but i've been reading your happy happy posts for months. lets get a few facts straight

fkp is a dog

fkp rejected a $5 takeover offer

fkp dilution is off the charts compared to peer group and other listed stocks

fkp dividend of 1c is a joke

fkp shareprice down 90%

fkp will not be trading anywhere near NTA for a long time if ever. stop kidding yourself. nor will other real estate stocks. nta really means little unless the stock is wound up and even then its questionable of prices realised. if you invest based on nta your a sucker.

fkp still has hundreds of millions of debt to be repaid

stop posting these happy happy posts implying fkp is some great stock. you didn't sell at 5 bucks and you wont be seeing that price ever again. lets call a spade a spade and that is fkp has been a disaster for shareholders
