Yes Inca obviously doesn’t set the timing of the water permit needed to start drilling it’s the Peruvian gvt.
So the fact they’re announcing that they’re expecting to start drilling the day after arriving suggests to me that they’ve have conversations within the department that it’s ready to go but needs formal signing off?
Perhaps then it’s protocol, so can’t announce it , but know it’s imminent.
