Because we are dealing with medians, we can't infer the mOS of individual cohorts so easily unfortunately.
So the increase from 17.1 to 19.7 could be attributable to participants in the 400 or 800 cohorts surving longer. This is unlikely given NOX have flagged 1200mg (and higher) as the preferred dose, but just saying it is a statistical possibility.
In any case, hopefully NOX will put out some comms after more VISION data is released in June, better comparing apples to apples.
