Yes, DEV is holding up very well. Tretch is correct, the whole sector is on fire at the moment. It's a great time to be a base and/or precious metals explorer at the moment. Fundamentals are very strong, and all indications are that we are in the early stages of a commodity super-cycle. Ni, Cu, PGE, Au, Ag etc... it's all raging at the moment.

So yes, DEV, very strong ATM... depth is strong, charting is looking good...

I guess what I love is that DEV has many irons in the fire. It's all about optionality. Things are happening on many projects... there are things we are told explicitly in the various company updates but also there are (IMO) many things happening behind the scenes... sometimes it is honestly a bit of a puzzle. You read stuff, here and there, you can almost start connecting the dots on a number of quantitative and qualitative intel... I find it all very interesting... it pays to read other company announcements, many times over... see what they are saying... and not saying. Read broker reports... read industry publications... it all helps. The beauty is a lot of great posters across numerous company pages do some fantastic research and share their knowledge. I am constantly learning. It's great.

Anyway, back to DEV. What could be driving the strength? It really could be a number of things...

It could be Wilga.... lots happening in that Cobar region... the project is looking very promising... but I suspect news is next month into July...

Could be Basin Creek (Nangus Rd)... maybe AC drilling is seeing the goods... any sniff of a signs of a big porphyry strike... (insert rocket emoji) one good hit there and I reckon $250m can be added to the MC overnight. Again, lots happening in that LFB region... I like that region personally...

Nabarlek... uranium is a wild card... we have great land... that is the biggest chance of a left field announcement ... I still think a JV... maybe ERA? now that their nearby Ranger mine is shut down...... what are they going to do next... don't forget Rio Tinto own some 85% of ERA... big balance sheet...

But, IMO, the driver of DEV strength is Sovereign. Plain and simple. Look at CHN. It is a beast... a freight train... now $8+... what is that nearly $3bn MC? Massive... and some numbers I have read is Macquarie Bank valuing their Gonneville deposit at $16 per share (un-risked).... just Gonneville... wow. Huge numbers. And they say Jansz, Hartog and Baudin could be bigger... wow.

I believe CHN are due any day to announce results of soil sampling and ground EM from the Northern area of the Julimar state forest. Perhaps the feeling is that this is highly likely to be very positive results, and potentially as I said bigger targets than Gonneville, and would then confirm the PGE trend... which trends directly into DEV tenements. Hence the whole idea (as hypothsised by CHN's geos) is that the West Yilgarn province is massive.

Also, not forgetting, that CPN, just North of DEV, are due to announce some visuals and assays of core DD drilling... which again... may confirm the trend is there.

So in summary, I think we will be hearing some good stuff re Sovereign... maybe from DEV directly.... maybe from our neighbours ... interesting times... all while the commodity prices keep raging...

So, that's my thoughts... my 2 cents so to speak... I read what I can... when I can... and will contribute what and when I can.

Always look forward to everyone's thoughts.

    Cheers
