I sincerely hope so for the people of Bougaineville; They need independence from PNG and the best way to gain that, and to establish a sovereign wealth fund to benefit all the people of Bougaineville for long into the future is to re-open Panguna with an equitable profit-sharing scheme. They do that and Bougaineville could easily become a first-world Island nation. That said, I've seen this share price dance with BOC before. Here's hoping....
