Ex-employees being represented by Slater & Gordon ...... LOL, they'll get far, settlement outside of court if they are so lucky.

ASX listed companies would have hundreds of legal cases against them raised on an annual basis, lawyers creating work for themselves, you'd know that's how the corporate world works.

Surely you can't expect a notice to shareholders for every legal case opened against the firm? That isn't realistic.
