    yes, ALL explorers/developers (including those you mentioned) need money to become a producer... in VMY's case it's around $340M

    i was purely replying to the fact that the previous poster said that VMY will fund Mulga purely by debt.. whereas it will probably be a combination of debt and equity (more CRs)
