Unfortunately, technically the 21 business days needs to allow for both Anzac Day and Labour day public holidays I would think. This means that NT EPA have until 11.59pm on Thursday 20/05/21 to notify TNG of any additional information required. If there is no additional information required, the the 35 business days (from 19/04/21) will conclude at 11.59pm on Wednesday 09/06/21.
Not long now.
I have sent an email to the NT EPA ([email protected]) to request clarification of if the website for the Darwin Processing Facility (https://ntepa.nt.gov.au/consultation/darwin-processing-facility) will be updated first thing on 21/05/21 to state if additional information was/wasn't requested.
Has anyone else had any communication with/from the NT EPA?
