@hotdiggeydog It is my understanding that the following is the process.

Within the EIS Supplement Main Report (https://ntepa.nt.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/986494/Main-Report-TNG-Supplement.PDF) the below is noted on page 185/186.
Under the transitional arrangement, the NT EPA will have 21 business days following completion of the public comment period to request additional information. If no information is requested, the Assessment Report will be prepared within 35 business days of completion of the public comment period.
The 21 business days needs to allow for both Anzac Day and Labour day public holidays I would think. This means that NT EPA have until 11.59pm on Thursday 20/05/21 to notify TNG of any additional information required. If there is no additional information required, the the 35 business days (from 19/04/21) will conclude at 11.59pm on Wednesday 09/06/21.
