Money is moving from the speculators to the performers. There is a reason pen has many Tier 1 utility contracts and most of their competitors have 0, same competitors dont have a nuclear fuel procurement team like pen does, which is very important,same competitors don't have a working project restart ready for 6m... The competition is not much competition.
