I live in area and 660 Megawatts wont go far it will be used all by Tomago Aluminum Smelter, they use 850 Megawatts so when Liddell shuts the power station Liddell produces 2000 megawatts, so will still be used by Tomago and that will be subsidized by the government, if they don't subsidize then there are about 600 full time workers it Tomago that would lose jobs, and that wouldn't go down well in a election year.There wont be a lot of lower power for people in area.
