What I have not been able to reconcile is that presumably in the process he will be giving up 750,000 performance shares if NSB were to reach key milestones. I am also not sure what happens to his unlisted options... But it has been a slog for the last 2 years to get NSB into this position, rockets are potentially on our doorstep if all goes well in the next year, seems like a strange time to pack up and go?

That aside, as you say, we are in great shape to begin the next phase of this drugs development.
