I disagree, this company needs more liquidity to attract sophisticate investors and their brokers. Options exercised at 20c whilst they just raised CR couple months at 22c so they will be able to raise CR higher when some upcoming milestones are met. They don't need more cash until at least well into 2022 so SP will likely trading way above 34c. I am happy for the options to expire and do not wish Martin to convert if he has any. He is a smart man and no way he will convert at this level as he can stuck for months and won't be able to pay the loans.
