I've owned about 15 properties in my life, about 12 of them income generating. I've made a packet out of them, not only in rent but capital gain, and you reckon I should buy gold bars. I've made Schiffloads and I'm still doing it.
If I go back over the years and calculate what gold bars would have generated I'd probably be poor.
That's why there's loads of property companies listed on the ASX but about 2 'stacking' companies.
