What are you talking about the opening premise was that the ASIC issues were purely disclosure and that ASIC should have instructed the ASX. This is exactly what was said: "Knowing now what the allegations put forward by ASIC are , with no question regarding the legality of attaining the PS rather it’s about disclosurewhy hasn’t ASIC instructed ASX to lift the suspension?"
What's more. it came a few posts after Nasha said this: "ASIC is NOT clawing any of the shares back. In their eyes, the whole SoC is about disclosure issues around performance shares." (Yes it is true that ASIC is not clawing back the shares but the same disclosure rubbish perpetuated again.)
This myth keeps getting perpetuated and it is categorically false one read of the SOC or even the extract I pasted will tell you that.
