Last I checked GRR gross yield was like ~8% and FMG is like 15%+ I seek income with these investments as a long term holder and I am more than a little weary of the way management at GRR has run the show. Where there is smoke there is fire.
If FMG owned GRR I shareholders would be getting a much better deal
let's hope this new agreement @ GRR is more fair to minority shareholders like Twiggy is @ FMG.
